StudioMode offers:

• credit purchases
• subscription plans
• AI-powered visual generation

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros, including taxes.

The company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe.

Payment is due immediately.

5. Credits

• 1 credit = 1 generation
• credits are non-refundable
• credits are not deducted if generation fails

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may include credits.

They renew automatically unless canceled.

7. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law:

Digital services delivered immediately are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Liability

The company does not guarantee:

• the outcome of generated visuals
• suitability for specific use

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user.

9. Use of visuals

Users are solely responsible for:

• how visuals are used
• compliance with applicable laws

The company declines any responsibility for misuse.

10. Disputes

All disputes are subject to French law.
